Nope. Do it all the time. Not to gross anyone out, but I get cysts and abcesses due to stress often. I lance them, drain them, clean them, and patch them myself. I have a little first aid kit thing with all my tools in it. I have a fairly high threshold for pain. The only ones I've had that I didn't do myself were the one I had on the back of my head, the huge scary one on my back that I went to the emergency room for, and the one the size of a tennis ball in my armpit.
