Okay, so I was TOTALLY off on who I thought it was. Now that I know, I smack myself for not seeing it. It's practically...obvious. I think because Tonks was introduced earlier that it was thought it COULDN'T be one of the people already in the fic. You sly person, you.

Well, I had it right.

Sorta.

I knew it was a Black girl (Narcissa, Andromeda, or Nymphadora) But I wasn't sure who it was.

So I wrote you an e-mail, and asked if I was right. However, you wouldn't tell me which one it was.

I had it figured out for sure 5 chapters ago... I think. I was flip-flopping between Andromeda and Nymphadora there for quite a while. But the lusting after Wes finally clued me in.

I was right, actually - I was pretty sure it was Tonks, at least by the time this chapter rolled around. At one point I was certain it was Narcissa, but then Narcissa showed up in the same scene as Raven, I think in the hospital wing, so that eliminated that possibility. Also, I eliminated Andromeda because you haven't killed off Ted in SC yet, so...she's married, and couldn't be interested in Wesley like that.

For a bit I was holding out the hope that it was Bella, but not for long. I knew that wasn't really a possibility anyway, though it would have been interesting, certainly.

I was just wondering, when writing Snake Charming...how you deal with/keep track of such an expansive cast? It just seems like there are so many characters to account for each chapter.

I don't know. It's just easy for me. Most of the time I just know in my head where everyone is and where they're going. If I forget, I go back and read. There's no trick to it or anything. I just keep track. I don't see it as being a difficult thing.
