I am so sorry. All I can suggest is not giving up. I think J got about six rejection letters before he found the job he did. It's disheartening, I know, but worth it in the end.
Eh, I'll get over it. Thanks though. It was just a bit of a shock to find that in the mail after getting home from a shift on my current job... which I *HATE*.
I know. Thanks. I guess this just stings more because I wanted that job so badly. I don't think I have ever wanted a job doing something I really don't want to do but can do so badly in my entire life. I guess i'm just really desperate to quit my current job.
I ended up signing up with a placement agency to find my current job. The theatre I was working at sucked butt, so I needed something else before I hurt myself or others. Now I have a nice office job where *gasp* people are actually nice to each other! I dont know what kind of things they have down there, so I cant be much help. After about 8 rejection letters, though, this agency found me a job on my first interview.
Not much I can say except that I sympathise and know how you feel completely. I heard today that I didn't get two jobs that I went for. Heard about one from the friend I went to the movies with...she heard about the interview date (they didn't even send a frigging letter)...and got a patronising letter from the other job I went for (in the Library service) that I so could have done...oh well. I guess it's back to the drawing board for both of us.

"Well at least I din't use a spoon..."
I'm not sure how that'll help, but it just seemed right.
