some people will just never learn. personally, i think they're just jealous of the FACT that you have this humongous fan following, and they have nothing. they probably couldn't rub two words together and make a coherent sentence, let alone an interesting one. or maybe this is their way of being the proverbial two-year-old and throwing a temper tantrum to get attention, because otherwise they wouldn't get any. i know it's easier said than done, but don't let the idiots get you down. you KNOW that for every troll like this out there, you have thousands of fans that worship you and your writing.
