If you are not a Dark-Hunter fan, this won't mean much to you. So I just finished reading "Seize the Night", and OH man... I cried. CRIED! They killed Nick's mama. There was so much bad on Nick in this. Now I have never really warmed to Nick greatly. He was just sort of... there for me, but that didn't mean I wanted his mama dead, him shooting himself dead, and Ash mad at him about Simi. Poor Nick. My heart so went out to Nick in this one.

Oh and I'm a big freak because I can't decide who I love more now Zarek or Valerius. Oooo those Magnus boys. *snicker* Yes, I know I ought to be all in love with Acheron, and I *DO* think he's extra special, but he's not mean or rigid enough. LOL. I think I'd more wanna hang with him and Simi than get in his pants. I know. I'm odd. Then again, consider that I love Spike and want kids like Draco and Wednesday. Add in that I also have a VERY healthy appreciation for my Cranky Pants, and the Z and Val thing makes all the sense in the world now, ay?

It seemed like Miss Katra was all about being in those Acheron pants though. She was all about that.

In other news, the pictures of Jesus arrived via email this morning. I just haven't had time to download them all. Will post them later. Will also be posting the next part of Empire after a bit. Got caught up in reading. Sorry.

*evil cackle* Welcome to the obsession.

I have my own theory about Katra that has nothing to do with her wanting in Ash's pants. I'm patiently waiting to see if it's right. Patiently.

StN broke my heart over the Nick stuff. But it served a purpose to, showing us all that Ash can affect things without even meaning to. His best friend is now a DH because of a few ill placed words on his part.

There's an excerpt on the DH site from this book - a deleted scene of Ash at Cherise's funeral.

And, like Jo Anne, I have my own theory about Katra. Only one way she could be bound to both Apollymi *and* Artemis in my opinion... and, yes, it has nothing to do with Kat wanting to get into Ash's pants. But we'll have to see what happens in 2007 when Ash's books come out.

Now - go read about the Alexion!!! I think SotN is one of my favorites of the whole series.
