Oh yes, I saw this picture the other day, and I was like, "wtf? Does she have a shoe lace around her head?" Distressing. Also, Rupert and Daniel in velvet? What the heck---they look like they belong in one those velvet Elvis paintings. Who ever is their stylist should be shot, or at least mamed.

Y'know, the headband/coronet/whatever thingie didn't bother me quite so much as that she made her dress from couch cushions.

But, I suppose to be fair, she's 15 and has said in interviews that she doesn't have a stylist. I'm fairly sure I looked completely ridiculous a few dozen times at 15.

I think I just have extraordinarily high expectations of her 'cause, well, she plays Hermione - seeing her OOC is kinda like hearing James Marsters talk without the English accent, it's just disturbing.

It's a genuine period dress that belonged to an actress from the 20s. The whole outfit is - hairband went with it, since it was the Flappers era, so there is a reason for the madness :)
