Narnia Nite = still on! Woo hoo!

Roads are looking better. I'm glad I went ahead and showered. LOL. Now I have to vaccuume the living room. Sar's on her way over. Will post a review after the viewing tonight.

eta: So I watched Alexander today. Never seen it before. *disgruntled sigh* About the only things I liked was Colin's naked butt, how pretty Jared Leto was, and OF COURSE, JRM was in it. Lordy, that man has the girl lips. I'd like to take a serious bite out of him.

I'm looking forward to seeing it. Every time I see a preview, I get more excited. I had a teacher that had me read all of the books. It was one of those underpaid teachers who goes above and beyond to try to inspire greatness. I just reread the book. And th cartoon was a heavy part of my childhood.

As for the icon, several versions of it are going around, but they're all "I've been nice. Send so-and-so." Pfft! Naughty's more fun. You get spankings.

And I look forward to hearing what you think of Narnia. I am going to see it on Saturday with a friend, and then again on Xmas eve with my sister, mum, brother-in-law and three kidlets. I put my sometimes-lacking-in-confidence foot forward and actually asked them if they wanted to do something.

I loved it, I laughed, I cried (next time I am taking a handkerchief) and overall enjoyed it. Wonderful adaptation and they did a superb job of it.

*grins* I understand, it took me a while to figure it out, too. It's a typo that's made on purpose, for "owns." It's become a big Net joke that so many people make that typo, so... basically, I'm saying that your icon rocks my socks. ;D
