You know how some things just catch you on the wrong day? Yeah.
Did you guys know that I have "no talent for original fiction"? Fucking sweet, huh? And apparently, according to some people I have no talent for fanfic anymore either. And better still, according to a few more trolls who can not let it go EVER, I never had any talent for writing to begin with. Woo hoo! Fuck yeah! So that said, I'd like to thank the TOTAL DOUCHE BAG who felt the need to point out a certain book review of mine and suggest I stick to fanfic. I hope you liked my reply.
You don't like what I write, folks? DON'T FUCKING READ IT! It's really very simple. I don't give a flying FUCK what anyone thinks I ought to be doing as far as my writing is concerned. It's my writing. MINE. Suggestions are always welcome. Doesn't mean I'll take them. Orders will be flung back at you for stuffing up your ass. I'm going to continue working on my original stuff, no matter how over-the-top Madison is. She's supposed to be bigger than life. If you don't get that, then you really don't get my writing. I like the granduer. I like things to be so impossibly big and circus-like that your brain almost can't wrap around it. I think that's obvious in my fanfic as well. I'm going to continue working on my original stuff no matter how "sub-par" to my fic writing it is. Doesn't mean I'm giving up on fic. If I haven't walked away by now, considering the shit I take about it from some, then what makes you think I'm gonna? Stop pestering me about it. What have I been posting lately? Fic, bitches. But don't you DARE start ordering me about in regards to my writing. I'll become that ugly child I don't like being, and I'll be all over you figurative ass breathing bitchy fire. With everything that's going on in my personal life right now, my patience and tolerance for fandom bullshit is at nil.

I had always planned to buy your book -- hell, was thrilled when I saw the notice on your group that you'd pulled it due to publishing -- but was only able to buy it recently when I had better cash flow. Finished it the other day. Loved it so much more than I did when you were posting it. Why? Because I knew it meant you'd made it. I also reviewed (http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/books/item/books-978097699609/097699609X/In+Shadowside?ref=Search+Books%3a+'Elizabeth+Ashe') it on multiple sites and that's not something I do lightly.
I know you even mentioned that this wasn't directed at everyone but I thought you should know you do wonders with your writing. There are so many people, myself included, on pins and needles to see you publish more, achieve more, accomplish your goals and outshine the rest of us. And as you know, we way outnumber the few who want to tear you down when you reach anything above what they can. Try not to let it get to you, hon.
