Fic Appreciation Week (Day Two)

spankerellaLet's look at some Buffy writers... a lot of which don't even write anymore. Behind a cut for length.
I think we all know I started out as a Willow/Spike shipper.
It was not the first Spike/Willow fic I read, but it was among the first. It made me want to write them. That would be Saber Shadow Kitten's Short Silly Fics. Certainly not the best W/S fic I have ever read, but definitely one that influenced me.

inell. Specifically, Flirting With Trouble. I think that one was my favorite. I do believe I read it more than once.
Speaking of favorites, way back in the day, when I actually had to beg archives to archive my stuff, when I was posting to places like Eyeballs to Entrails, Fever of Fate, and Temptation Embraced, I found a little story called Everybody's Getting Spanked But Me by Alrisha. It remains one of my favorites. I am also quite fond of Things Seen By Northlight, and the Things Series, which was a continuation of that fic by Lisa Drexel.
I would also like to point out a writer that a lot of people might not have heard of called Nocturnal Elle. She wrote such things as Personal Demon and Mischief and the Mark Series. She's also an EAer.
Ok, there is one more I must mention. Laure Alexander. And not for the W/S-ness. Oh no. For the smut. And B/S smut at that. I am no longer into Spuffy, but I was once, HEAVILY, I even wrote some Spuffy fic, and the "Buffy Want" series is one of the reasons why. Be warned... it is rated as it is rated for the nasty dirty sweaty sex.
