Dude... SERIOUSLY
Sep. 26th, 2007 10:03 amAll right. If you are going to use me as a reference to get to know someone else... knowing something about me? Not a bad part of that plan. Because then my often-wacky sense of humor won't be misunderstood. If someone says "Hey, I know E, and nice to meet you", you better be for damned sure the other person is going to ask me about it. Especially if they're friend. Especially if they're someone I talk to nearly every day. It's always nice when said friend says "hey, do you know so-in-so?" if my reply is not "who?" or "huh?".
Also, having a SENSE OF HUMOR is never a bad thing. Acting like a first grader when things don't go exactly as you planned them is.
