I don't read fic much anymore. And if there wasn't fic for something I wanted to read, I wrote it. If there was a pairing I wanted to play with, I wrote it. Did you know that in my HP fic "I Have Never Felt Your Fear", I hooked Neville up with Hannah? WELL before the last book came out. Which all of that was mostly D/G and Blaise/Luna with a dash of Greg/Padma. I thought Neville deserved a nice girl. Turns out he really got one in the books.
I wrote a few Oz/Tara fics back in the day too.
I rarely ever read anything fic-wise that was exactly what I wanted, so that's why I started writing it. I would like stuff, sure, love it even, but there was always those one or two things I'd have done differently.
