That always happens to me when I get a stomach bug. There was this one time that I lost 10 pounds because I couldn't keep anything down.
7up, Ginger Ale, Sprite, Sierra Mist, and Coke Classic are all good sippers. The carbonation will settle things down, and believe it or not, the cola in the coke will help with that too.
Jello and chicken bouillon is always good for that too.
