Dude. I am so friggin tired right now. But I had to post because I was sharing with
tthjinni earlier that I had recorded Supernatural tonight because I was out running errands. I also shared that if I did not watch it tonight, I would have to wait until Sunday night to watch it. She then made a comment that made me scarf down my highly un-nutritious dinner from Taco Cabana, and watch said episode. She said there was something I would laugh at, that would mean something to me, but didn't tell me what, so of course, I had to watch for it.
I officially love Ben Edlund (the writer of this episode) for the Ramones love.
"Hey, we gotta go check out Jonny Ramones' grave when we're done here."
"You wanna dig him up too?"
"Bite your tongue, heathen!"
SWEET! MF-ing SWEET! She was right. Biggest reation there. I love Ramones love. Had I been with
tthjinni and
star1sar they would have seen me make the metal sign at the TV. Ask them, I tend to do that when something rocks my socks.
But anyone who has ever been on a film set would have had a RIOT with this episode... because it's SO TRUE. PAs are like slaves. The key to any good production though, and this one had it, is good craft service. LOL. You have plenty of good eats and your crew is a happy crew.
I was a set dresser on a student film once. It's what it sounds like. I "dressed" the set. Essentially what that means is I put all the background stuff in. I did a kitchen and a living room. I decided where the mixer and the toaster went, where the pictures on the walls should go based on the script. Yes, it's a really a job. I was kinda good at it too. LOL.
Off topic kinda. Sorry.
I totally dug their fake movie trailer. So funny. Even more hilarious was that the "Corn Massacre" and "Monster Truck" footage was from previous SPN episodes.
More than ever I am convinced that Dean is my soul mate. His human IMDb rountine? I do that too! Even with obscure actors. And that he would have visited Jonny's grave? *wipes tear* I love you, man! I'd have your spawn. Totally! Seriously, dude. Dude, seriously.
Oh Dean.
