Wow. I really am shocked! As a former web designer/developer, I am cranky on behalf of Jenn, and as an author, I am cranky on behalf of you. I know how I would feel if someone took credit for my stuff, but my stuff is all Fanfic; if I had invented a whole universe from scratch, I would be pissed enough to contact the other guy's ISP and demand that the site be taken down. That sort of thing is generally listed as a no-no in most ISP's terms of service/use. The whole web design theft thing is generally in the same list. I'm happy that Jenn's host is persuing that course of action.

And, showing just how much of a dork I really am, "Thou Shall Not Steal" is the 8th commandment if thou art Jewish or Protestant, and it is the 7th commandment if thou art Catholic. I know that thou art none of the above and probably don't care (most people don't, which is why this happened), but there it is.
