eta: And corusca guesses correctly. I've never been in a bar fight. Almost... but it didn't happen. Which makes those four truths a bit scary, ay?

Sadly, no. I was attacked by the family dog when I was twenty-one. It's something that still gives me nightmares and the reason I am leery around dogs still. Granted, our dog was dying of cancer and the tumors had made her go crazy from the pain, I still get chills thinking about it.

Wow. I am sorry. Dogs usually seem so nice and friendly, but once you've seen one go ballistic, you can never really look at them the same way.
