Whatever ridiculous moron that started the "Karen is dead" rumor needs to be spanked with a splinter-y board. Karen (msgordo) is NOT dead. Stupid idiots. Not all of us can be online 24/7. Goddess forbid Karen have a life that needs attending to far more than her fanfic needs attending to. Ignorant ass clowns.

*for those who have no clue what or who I am talking about, Karen is the writer behind the Freakazoid High series and the co-author of "The Savior" among other things.

Whew. That ranted, I hope everyne had a good weekend. I did.

Oddly enough, I didn't know anything about the "Karen is Dead" bullshit until she sent a message to the Freaks list debunking the rumor. You'd think, with all the time I spend on-line, I'd catch that tidbit, huh?

As one of her Troika (now a Coven), I can assure people that she's not dead. She's even still writing! Sometimes on post-it notes for lack of finding paper, but she is writing. She's even had things posted to TtH.

Also, just in case someone gets this half-assed idea: no, it is not a hoax. That really is Karen's writing, not someone doing an identity theft. Karen has a distinct writing style, and I can assure you that this is her. *rolls eyes*

Cuz we all know everybody can update things from beyond the grave. ::rolls eyes:: What's the betting that the half wit that started that rumor is an impatient twerp with NO social life that thinks if someone doesn't post an update to every story they write every single day then the world has come to a complete and utter end? Heaven forbid the poor girl have a thing called a life outside of the Internet or that she be answerable to that annoying thing called Real Life. I won't even start in on the part where anyone who has been following her stuff should have heard by now that she's busy in RL and not to expect updates on anything until Fall-ish.
