The Mary Sue doll meme:
1. Go to the Elouai doll maker. http://elouai.com/doll-makers/candybar-doll-maker.php
2. Make an ordinary doll of yourself and save it
3. Take that doll and, leaving a couple things (nose, eyebrows, whatever) the same, Mary Sue yourself. Make the most blatant Mary Sue you can conceive.
4. Post "Before" and "After" in your LJ. Bonus points if your Sue has a backstory of some sort.

So this is me. Yes, I wear jean skirts and flip flips with t shirts over other shirts, but I've got a fabulous set of matching underwear on under that kit, so shut up about my odd fashion sense.
Now for my Sues I chose my two biggest fandoms. HP and Buffy. Under them is a summary for a would-be fic featuring the Sue. I tried to make the "summaries" as rancid as possible. Enjoy.
Echo Lovegood's parents were killed by Death Eaters, so she has come to stay with the only family she has left... her uncle and her cousin Luna. The strange American will have to deal with attending Hogwarts on top of everything else. With two loonies in the school, no one's sure who to look at or make fun of. Except Draco Malfoy. He's plenty sure who to look at... and stalk.
With the Watcher's Council in the midst of rebuilding, Rupert Giles gets the shock of his life... a daughter he never knew about shows up to continue the family tradition. Miranda Giles, or Randy as she is called by most, is everything a watcher ought to be... with one problem. She's more interested in watching certain blonde vampires than watching any slayers.
*I could not resist the Randy Giles thing.
