From now on September 1st will be known as Insano Day. More weird has happened today.

*There was the sad news of Dave.

*This girl I work with, who is one of the nicest people ever, her longtime boyfriend cheated on her this past weekend. I found out today. I never would have thought. She's an excellent girlfriend. He completely never deserved her. I can't believe he threw something that good away... for a piece of ass. Guys, ass isn't that vital. If you have a good woman, you'll get the sex. Just treat her right.

*I gave Bossy the Cow a look today that made her stammer. That was actually kind cool.

*I can't believe certain people are entertaining the notion of NOT rebuilding and helping in New Orleans. Have you no sense of pride? Does something have to happen outside this country to get the support it deserves?

*There's these friends I have that got busted for dealing drugs several years ago. We'll call them Dudley and Harry. Dudley got caught. Harry did not, but Harry was blamed by Dudley's parents. And as in HP, Harry and Dudley are cousins. No one in the family believed Harry except her parents... and me. Because I've known Harry and Dudley since we were little kids. Well, it finally came out that Dudley had been lying. Dudley's mom, we'll call her Petunia, sorta went into denial... even though Dudley had admitted to the lies. In front of witnesses. So today Harry's mom, we'll call her Lily, called my mother to say the latest was that Petunia was telling people that the reason my brother was in jail was because Harry had ratted him out. So ridiculous. My brother got caught because he's stupid, not because of Harry. My brother didn't need any help getting caught. Also, harry hasn't even SEEN my brother in well over a year. Hell, *I* haven't even seen Harry in at least 2 months. So dumb. So I have come to the conclusion that Petunia has her Crazy Flakes for breakfast every morning.

And now I have to go back to work

I feel really bad for the girl at your work. I know how that feels. I actucally can't think of someone who hasn't felt that way at one point. If there isn't, then they are really lucky. Or really lonely. That happened to me last summer. Even though now I think back on it, I'm fine with it because otherwise I wouldn't have relized what an asshole the guy was.

That sucks, just the whole kit and caboodle. For your friend at work, it could have been worse. My cousin found out three months before her wedding that her fiance was sleeping with another girl who's seven years younger than my cousin. And my cousin had been dating the dingbat for seven years.

I know. I couldn't believe it when I first heard the news either. They had been together nearly 5 years.

The idea of not rebuilding New Orleans is stupid. That's like saying let's not rebuild San Fransico or L.A. or anywhere else natural disasters have occured. As for cheating, well my ex-husband was just like that nice guy, so yeah, I get the whole shock value on that.
