Talking to carinthea right now on MSN messenger.

My theatre is working out a deal where the Katrina survivors being housed in our city can come and watch free movies to provide them with some sort of escape for a while. I do hope our corporate office agrees to it... but they're so damn cheap. Oh well. If they say no, that's just another reason for me to hate that company, the cheap bastards. I can't wait until I find another job. I'm actually almost sick with wanting to work anywhere except where I currently work. They treat their employees like dirt. I just got a raise though. Get this... it was a WHOLE quarter.

The newspaper I work for just gave its carriers a .0024 cent per paper raise. If they throw 200 papers a day that's a whole whopping .48 cents extra a day. I mean could they be any more bloody tightfisted?? And they send a letter telling them this with a lovely large emphasis on it being temporary. Christ....in the long run why bother???
