Dear Miss Echo;
I know that this is an odd email, but as my moms always says to give credit to those who credit is due. I wish to thank you.
I just got back my ACT scores. I received a **! Between reading your fanfic and increasing my vocab that way(well in english any way) and moms and daddy forcing me to learn Latin (something about language roots) I did well enough that I am in the running for two scholarships at UL. Thank you for making reading fun for me.
By the way, I get to go to GULF WARS in march because of my good scores this year. I was wondering if I could print out some of your fics to take with me? Thank you again.
**I removed the score because that's not anyone else's business. Normally, I don't share my feedback with everyone. I have this thing where it's my feedback, and I like to keep it. But I had to share this one. It's a bit odd to realize you can have that big of an effect on someone. It made me grin. Not teaching anymore but still managing to teach. That doesn't suck at all.
Everyone's been commenting on Angels' 100th episode. Too much happened for me to sort it out right away. Here are my thoughts.
I love Cordelia. I'm really gonna miss her bitchy ass. And CC looked good too. Not too thin, but not as round in the face as when she was heavy pregnant. She was in rare form. It was that Cordelia we'd all grown to love. Season 2-3 Cordy before she got sent back with her eveil hitcher and banged Connor. I got really sad when she was watching that old Doyle tape though. It still makes me sad that Glenn Quinn is dead.
I was laughing so hard at Angel saying "Did you call me a tit?" after Spike attacked Cordy that I thought I was going to wet my pants. I bet I rewound and watched that part about ten times. Also, I just loved watching Spike bite someone. I don't know why. The old S/C shipper in me LOVED it though.
Loved Harmony. She was great. I just about cheered when she started roughing up Eve. Though the little Lilah wannabe cracked sooner than expected. I wanted Harmony to beat that ass a little more. I really don't like Eve. I never have. She always seemed like she was a little girl playing dress-up in big sister's clothes. I'm sorry, but Lilah did it better. Lilah Morgan was classy in her amoral bitchness.
I though Lindsey getting sucked up into the senior partner portal was lame. I loved him being shirtless though. Damn, Christian Kane is well put together. He has an upper body that's just ripe fro the drool. I hope that isn't the last we'll see of Lindsey. It seemed rather anticlimatic to me. And I think Eve got off way easy. I hope she's not gone. I'd really like Harmony to get the chance to eat her.
Loved the kiss. And I'm not a big A/C shipper.
