Yes, folks, the image in this icon is of my tattoo. It happens to be on my left thigh about my knee cap. It is about three inches long from flower top to tribal art stem bottom, and the flowerhead is about an inch and a half wide. Thanks for the booty-ful icon, Ames. You know how much I love that tat. I didn't know that's what you were going to do with that pic I sent you. You had better not make icons out of the rest of them!

For all those who doubted I actually had a tattoo (you know who you are), there it is. Leg art.

Tattoos are great! :D My reward to myself when I finish losing the weight is going to be a great big custom designed phoenix rising from the base of my spine. Although, I must say, in all the things people say to talk you out of getting a tattoo, the one I might've listened to but never heard was "You will never, ever be able to convince your very small children that they are not supposed to draw on themselves with pens, because they see you have a nifty little picture on your skin and they want one too."

Lovely tat, Echo. It's very pretty in a non-girly way. :)
I love mine and plan on getting more, as soon as I finish drawing them.
It's going to a pain in the ass when I have kids and they get older and want tats. "Why can't I? You have some!"
And since I got my first at age 17, any arguement I may have won't wash. So I'll do what my parental units said, "Think about it for a year and if you still want one, then ok." I love my parents, they're so cool.
