correction

It's a good thing I don't have a beta. Though my experience with them in the past very much spoiled it for all you would-bes out there, I think I don't like it. Some of you are not mesh-y with my personality. Some of you correct in a way that makes me grind my teeth. I guess when I tell people that they should point out grammatical errors, I should tell them not to be so... I don't know.... smug? about it. I know I'm not perfect. Never said I was. Don't treat me like you're bringing down God just because I typed He instead of Her. I can't stand that. I can think of better reasons to get spanked... verbally or otherwise. I'm not a child. Don't correct me as if it were my first English lesson. I'll resent the hell out of you for it. I know the language. It is my first. I have a unique grasp of it, so I'm told. Don't go all ESL on me just to prove I'm not as great as I think I am.... because contrary to popular echo myth, I don't happen to think I'm all that great. I happen to know all too well that my character needs some serious fashioning. Always has. Don't try to make me feel inferior for being a clumsy typist and an automatic visual corrector when there are much better things to pick on.
Now I'm going to go finish up part 25 of Snake.
