There are certain things a person should be allowed to do in their life simply to say they've done so. Like sleeping with Colin Farrell. I'd do that just to say that I had, but last night I got to glare at someone (my brother's crazy ex girlfriend) and say...

"If I have to come out there and whip your ass in my house slippers and bathrobe, YOU'RE the one who'll be embarrrassed."

She wouldn't leave. She was banging on my brother's window at almost midnight. He did not want to talk to her. She woke me up. I am dead tired most nights lately, so I was a little pissed. This morning I can't help my grin about having gotten to actually say something like that to someone. It's wonderful.

I didn't have to put one toe off of the back porch. She left. She might be crazy, but she isn't completely stupid. My brother happens to be full of stories about what I have done to people when pissed off, and he likes to share them with his friends. Ironically, I'm a lot less violent than I used to be. Either than or my rep usually preceeds me. Mostly nowadays all I have to do is glare and folks head for the hills.

This imagine of myself administering the smackdown in my robe and slippers is funnier if you know that both are pink, btw.
