She was pretty terrible. She was Cordelia, Faith, and Anya rolled into one. You couldn't beat that. Pansy Parkinson... spy.

The girl who had told him that he didn't have the sniffles when he'd been sick. No, no, his was a more full-bodied and snottier issue. Xander had the snuffles. That was more manly and implied more snot. Sadly, that right there had endeared her to Xander forever.

Bitches, bad girls, demons. She was only two out of three there, but she made up for it with her gnarly snake and skull tat. Plus, she thought his eye patch was sexy.

Omigod! New boots!

Faith couldn't help herself. She squealed when she pulled them out of the festively-wrapped holiday sack. Giles had gotten her new boots for Christmas. Too cool for school! Bee's knees!

"Giles!" She shouted, then did a little un-Faith-like dance while hugging the boots to her chest. "This is, like, the best Christmas present ever. I so needed new boots. You rock the Casbah, yo."

"I know." He smiled that smile he smiled sometimes when he was very happy to have pleased someone but was too British to get all wild about it. "You like them then, I suppose?"

"Well... duh!"

He had great hands, this man of hers. It was sad and lovely to spend the holidays with him, and having Harry here was nice too. Sad because of those who weren't here with them, but happy because of who was here. Ginny was coming by later with her friend Luna and Luna's new bloke Blaise. Currently Harry was upstairs getting dressed for the company, and Remus thought he was alone by the fireplace playing holiday songs on his new guitar that she'd gotten him. Tonks peeked around the corner, smiling.

"I see you." He said without looking up.

"You always did."

I am so very a Remus/Tonks shipper that it is SCARY. I was shipping them after I read OotP even. Scary. It's my one hardcore canon HP ship.

And if I was writing Xander in HP then it had to be a Slytherin for him.
