spankerellaI just finished watching "The Life of David Gale". I had never seen it before, and being an avid Kate fan, that was just unacceptable. That movie was good. Very very good, but it made me very sad. I think I cried the whole last hour of it. Kate's brilliant. I love her. She's beautiful and talented. She really made me struggle with Bitsey Bloom (her character), and there are few times that I don't just love Kevin Spacey.
And now I'm going to go write a bit before turning in for the night... because I had a very good idea for the beginning of a story. I have to get the words out before I forget them. Original. Not sci-fi or horror related. Something about people. About life. Characters. Words. It'll likely bore everyone else to tears, but I'll love it. I have a strong desire to write about life tonight and the complexity and beauty of it. Very little fanfic tonight.
